Information submitted by prospects
Tour and leasing inquiries may include contact details, preferred move date, apartment preferences, and message content. Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical records, or identity documents through the public website or automated leasing assistant.
How information may be used
Submitted information may be used to answer an inquiry, schedule a tour, discuss verified availability, and provide requested leasing information. The website assistant does not make automated eligibility decisions.
Form delivery and hosting
Web3Forms processes the information you submit and delivers inquiry notifications to the leasing team's company email account. Your initial contact details are sent when you select Send inquiry and continue or Send question. Optional follow-up details are sent as an update to the same inquiry. Leaving the second step unfinished does not withdraw information already sent. Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical connection information to deliver and protect it.
Inquiry messages are accessible to the leasing team and the service providers needed to operate these services. The public inquiry form is not a rental application or a confirmed tour booking. Contact leasing if you would like to correct or request deletion of your inquiry.
Inquiry contact terms
The online inquiry form requires both phone and email and an affirmative acknowledgment requesting follow-up from Spark Venture Property Group LLC, the operator of White Rock Views, by phone call, text message or email about that inquiry and related tour arrangements. By checking the form acknowledgment, you request this inquiry-related follow-up through any of these channels. We record the acknowledgment, policy version, displayed wording and browser-reported acceptance time with the inquiry. This does not authorize automated marketing or unrelated promotional campaigns.
You may ask us to stop further contact or stop using a particular channel, including by replying STOP to a text or telling leasing directly. We honor applicable opt-out requests. Contact leasing by telephone if you need help without using the online form. Message and data rates may apply to texts.
Text messages and calls
Submitting a leasing inquiry does not enroll you in a marketing text-message program. Use the call or text links if you prefer to contact leasing directly.
Maps and third-party content
The neighborhood explorer uses Leaflet with OpenStreetMap map tiles. Loading the map sends technical information such as your IP address and browser details to OpenStreetMap’s tile servers under its privacy policy. Google Maps receives information when you open a Google map or live route. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. Nearby address coordinates are prepared in advance; your location is not requested by this map.
Analytics and third parties
This website retains referral and campaign information for the current browser session to identify how visitors reached the site. External sites you choose to open have their own privacy policies.
Google Analytics
When enabled on the public WRV domain, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits, general website use and accepted inquiry events. It uses cookies and technical/device information. We do not send applicant names, email addresses, phone numbers or inquiry messages to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in this installation. Meta advertising pixels are not installed.

Inquiry retention
Our retention policy for ordinary inquiries that do not become applications or leases is three years after the last meaningful contact, followed by deletion or anonymization, unless a legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention. Applications, screening and tenancy records follow separate schedules. Retention reviews include company inquiry email and any company lead log; service providers may retain their copies for shorter periods under their own policies. Contact us to request correction or deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
