Assistance animals
Service- and assistance-animal accommodation requests are reviewed individually and separately from ordinary pet applications, under applicable fair-housing requirements. A pet warning on the tour form is not a decision on an accommodation request.
What information may management request?
Contact management directly at 214-308-2200 to discuss your request privately. If a disability or the connection between a disability and the requested accommodation is not apparent or already known, management may request limited, reliable information necessary to evaluate the request, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Information that is already apparent or known does not need to be documented again.
There is no blanket requirement to upload a certificate, diagnosis, or medical records through this website. Please do not include sensitive medical information in the inquiry form. Management will explain any appropriate next steps directly; an accommodation request does not require using our pet application form.
Pet approval and an accommodation review are different processes. Any applicable exception to pet rules or fees is considered as part of the accommodation review. An animal is not automatically rejected by this website because of its size or a pet-policy selection.
